Individual Yoga Session
This 90 minute session begins with a discussion of your personal goals for your yoga practice. Whether a beginner or an experienced practitioner, your session will be tailored to your specific needs. We will then set an intention for your practice, followed by a guided meditation, and a personalized practice. As the student, you have the option of vinyasa, restorative, slow flow, or a foundational class. We will close class with a long and well deserved savassana, allowing the mind and body to rest.
