Individual Breathwork Session

This 90 minute personalized experience begins with you setting an intention- an aim, a plan, a goal- which is personal to you, something you deeply want to connect to, or that you want to let go of because it is no longer serving you, or a space within that needs healing. This is followed by the 3 part open mouth breathing technique. I will guide you through a safe and secure experience to support your healing. We will end our breathwork with an energetic release, followed by a yoga nidra meditation, allowing the body and mind to fully relax and let go.
